Apprentice Drummer

Shawn Guillory has been a percussionist for over 3 years. Although she’s always been fascinated with drumming, her passion for it grew after participating in her first drum circle. Since then, she has deepened her knowledge of drumming and has performed for and helped facilitate a multitude of events ranging from school performances, wellness seminars, team buildings, drum classes, private celebrations, and non-profit organizations, for audiences of all ages.  Shawn enjoys engaging with the community and is inspired by the heartbeat, conversation, as well as the unity, that drumming creates, and is excited to be a part of Lannaya Drum & Dance.
